W ork consists of preparation of an updated Conditional Use M aster
Plan application and techn ical sup po rt to O regon Zoo staff on the
u p d a te d C o m p re h e n s iv e C a p ita l M a ste r Plan. Th e land use
planning work involves subm itting the updated Capital M aster Plan
for City conditional use and e n vironm ental review and approval.
The land use w ork will require close collaboration with Zoo planning
staff and the Capital M aster Plan consulta nt team .
