Sellwood Bridge Replacement

Kuney/Balfour Beatty, JV is preparing a proposal for the referenced
project and is seeking expressions of interest from all companies
especially Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), Minority
Owned, Women-Owned, and Emerging Small Businesses (M/W/
ESB) that would like to be involved in the project and kept informed
of the process.
The Sellwood Bridge Replacement project will be complex and wil
require balancing many interests.
This process will require an interactive and collaborative team to
meet several key objectives: 1) tracking cost and time effectively;
2) replacing the bridge at least cost; 3) management of risk; 4
minimizing impacts to the environment, traffic flow and adjacent
com m unities; 5) u tilizin g innovative value engineering; 6)
implementing sustainable practices; and 7) maximizing diverse
participation.
