SUMMARY
Multnomah County is seeking a Construction Manager/General
Contractor (CM/GC) to provide Pre-Construction Services and later
Construction Services to complete the replacement of the Sellwood
Bridge. The selected Contractor will perform cost estimating, value
engineering and review of plans during the Pre-Construction/Design
Phase and will both self-perform and subcontract work during the
Construction Phase.
The Construction Phase Contract will be subject to Prevailing Wages
per ORS 279C.800 to 279C.879 or Davis-Bacon Act (40 U.S.C. 3141
to 3148).
