Instructions:
1. To prepare them , ju s t fill a serving bow l w ith your favorite
vegetable dip. W ash and peel 4 long carrots for fingers and 1
m edium carrot for a thum b.
2. W ith a paring knife (a parent's jo b ), cut a flat, shallow notch
in the tip o f each carrot. Then use a dab o f dip or softened cream
cheese to glue a sliced-alm ond fingernail atop each notch.
3. Stick the fingers in the dip, as show n, and serve w ith plenty
o f peeled baby carrots for dipping.
