After more than six years o f fundraising and project design, the Rockwood Building will be the real­ ization o f a concept envisioned by Human Solutions to bring much- needed housing and a suite o f hu­ man services designed to serve homeless and low-income families in the Rockwood area, together in a single building. The building will be constructed on a lot that has been empty for 30 years in the heart o f one o f the p o o re st a reas in M ultn o m ah County.
