1-1/2 cups plain yogurt
1 envelope leek soup mix
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded C olby cheese
• In a shallow bow l, w hisk eggs and w ater. In an o th er shallow
bow l, com bine bread crum bs and seasonings. D ivide butter
betw een tw o 13-in. x 9-in. baking dishes.
• D ip chicken pieces in egg m ixture, then coat w ith crum b
m ixture. Place in prepared pans. B ake, uncovered, at 375° for
1 hour or until ju ic e s run clear, turning once. Cool for 30
m inutes; refrigerate until chilled.
• F or dip, in a sm all bow l, beat cream until stiff peaks form . In
another bow l, com bine the yogurt, soup mix and cheese; fold
in w hipped cream . C o v er and refrigerate until serving. Serve
w ith cold chicken. Y ield: 24 servings (4 cups dip).
