N lune 9, 2010 A family fun zone at Grand Cen­ tral Bakery on North Fremont Street will give kids a chance to decorate their bikes, get their faces painted and leam bike safety before head­ ing out on a free family ride at 1:30 p.m. This short three mile loop ride features a rest stop at Peninsula Park and is open to riders o f all skill levels. At 3 p.m., the action will heat up with an art bike parade rolling down Mississippi Avenue. At 5 p.m., the speed freaks will come out as racers compete in the criterum race. Stand on the sidelines and you'll see racers flying by at top speeds. The celebration will also feature two beer gardens, great food and plenty o f activities throughout the day.
