on t h e ___ diet.” . A nd I have been
one to say m any o f the ‘I ’m g o nna

thing I know for sure is: A diet does
it not ‘g o o d ’ if you can not stay on
it! T hat is FO R SU R E! So as a result
o f thinking this w ay for years and
years, it tim e for c h a n g e ! It all starts
in our m ind. A new book on the
m arket, T he N ew A m erican Diet,
reveals how som e o f the chem icals
in our food are m aking us fat. I f w e
can learn to eat a m ore clean diet,
then huge results will follow . H ere’s

It's very im portant for us to becom e
m ore conscious o f w hat's in the food
w e eat. 'The N ew A m erican Diet', is
not ju st a diet, it is a change in the w ay
you consum e your food. I f there is
one thing w e can take aw ay from
research on additives, the all have a
firm stand against high fructose com
syrup. So let's take a step together in
the right direction and elim inate that!
