The audit took issue w ith how
the school oversaw personal ser­
vices contracts, finding that four
such contracts did not com ply with
requirem ents laid out in the S tudent
Body Funds m anual o r w ith district
policies, and did not include a w rit­
ten agreem ent.
A uditors also found instances
w here contractors w ere paid before
a contract w as ev er inked.
“ Such inform al procedures m ake
it difficult to determ ine if all contrac­
tors are perform ing the w ork required
by the co n tract,” the letter stated.
