care and services participants need, including:
Primary and specialty
Personal care
medical care
Recreational Therapy
Restorative Therapies
Social services
Medications
Housing
Medical equipment
Transportation
Participants must be 55 or older; eligible for
service under Aging and Disability Services
guidelines; and living in or willing to relocate
to Multnomah County. All authorized services
are covered in full for Providence EiderPlace
members. Members may be liable for the cost of
unauthorized services.
