Sprinkle steaks w ith 1/2 tea­ spoon pepper and salt. Heat I tablespoon oil in a large nonstick skillet over m edium heat. A dd vinegar and the orange sections and ju ic e ; loosen any brow ned bits on the bottom o f the pan and cook for 30 seconds.
