P ortland's Union Station will host
its 3rd annual N ational T rain Day
event with special tours and p erfo r­
m ances on Saturday, M ay 8 from 10
a.m . to 4 p.m. at the dow ntow n train
depot, located at 890 N .W . Sixth

In addition to having the 4449

back again this year, officials will be
hosting tours o f the A m trak C as­
cades equipm ent and will be sh o w ­
ing o ff the design o f the new T algo
p assen g er trains that O regon will
receive in 2012.
