3. C om bine crushed cereal, parsley, and paprika. Dredge chicken
incereal m ixture. Place in an 1 l- x 7 - x 1 '/z-inch baking dish coated
w ith cooking spray. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 35
m inutes; let stand 10 m inutes. R em ove w ooden picks from
chicken, and slice each roll into 6 rounds. G arnish w ith thym e
sprigs, if desired.

spoon pepper. R em ove from skillet; cool com pletely.

7. C reate 2 stacks o f 6 phyllo sheets on fiat surface, spraying
each sheet thoroughly w ith cook in g spray.
8. C ut stacked sheets lengthw ise in half, then crossw ise in half,
m aking 8 equal stacks.
9. Place about 2 tablespoons m ushroom m ixture in cen ter o f
each phyllo stack, spreading m ixture to d iam eter o f steaks. Place
steaks on m ushroom m ixture.
10. B ring all 4 co m ers o f each philly stack together; tw ist tightly
to close. L ightly spray each bundle w ith co o k in g spray; place on
greased baking sheet.
11. Im m ediately bake in 425°F oven 9 to 10 m inutes or until
golden brow n. Let sit for 5 m inutes. Serve im m ediately.
