NW LEADBETTER DRIVE IMPROVEMENTS
Phase 1 - NW Parker Street to NW Howard Street
Sealed bids will be received by the City of Camas, Office of the Finance
Department, 616 NE 4th Avenue, Camas, Washington, 98607 until
10:00 A.M. Tuesday, March 23,2010 and will then and there be publicly
read for the construction of the improvement.
A Pre-bid Conference is scheduled for March 16,2010. The conference
will begin at Camas City Hall, 616 NE 4th Avenue, Camas, WA at
10:00 a.m. (local time). Prospective bidders are strongly encouraged
to attend. No unauthorized or unscheduled visits to the project site
will be allowed.
The Work shall be physically complete within 120 working days after
the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed. All bidding
and construction is to be performed in compliance with the Contract
Provisions and Contract Plans for this project and any addenda issued
thereto that are on file at the office of the City Clerk, Camas City Hall,
Camas, Washington.
All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in
cash, certified check, cashier’s check, or surety bond in an amount
equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. Should
