On Saturday, Feb. 20, the Cascade Festival o f African Films will have a Family Day. Reflections Hosts Celebration Z” • The community is invited to a free Black History Month celebra­ tion with local musicians and poets on Saturday, Feb.20 from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. at Reflections Coffeehouse and Talking Drum Bookstore, 446 N.E.
