Haiti is and how crime ridden its
streets are. Indeed, it is a poor
nation. And there is violence
there. But America is partly re­
sponsible for the societal issues
in Haiti, from the past occupa­
tion that left the country on un­
stable financial ground to our
current lack o f interest in provid­
ing real support to the country.
The victims o f the Haiti earth­
quake need your support. Take

these insensitive critics who
