of development and renovation projects. Typical services

• Consultation related to Mold Remediation
• Underground Storage Tank (UST) Investigation
• Oversight of Remediation Activities, including Air Quality
and Site Monitoring
• Preparation of Level I and Level II Environmental
Assessments
• Preparation of Bid Documents for Abatem ent and
Remediation Projects
• Preparation of Hazardous Waste Materials Survey
• Other Consulting Services as requested
