Spring concert dates set
The Jefferson D ancers re­
cently returned from Germany
where the company earned the
rare honor of performing for the

fore a packed house at the Fly­
ers Theater in Wiesbaden, Ger­
many.
The company also performed
a sold-out full concert at the
International School of Frank­
furt, as well as four short per­
formances at various schools
in Dreiech and Frankfurt. The
dancers also taught four work­
shops to students from all over

Proves Excellence
The Jefferson Dancers con­
sists of some of the area’s most
talented dancers. With accep­
tances to prestigious perform­
ing arts colleges and universi­
ties in the country, this troupe
shows what excellence in dance
is all about. There are 13 seniors
in the company this year. That
is almost half the company.
Second year company mem­
ber Austin Tyson will be attend­
ing the dance departm ent at
New York University’s Tisch
School of the Arts with a pres­
tigious scholarship of $35,000.
Third year company member
Molly Blodgett will also be at­
tending New York University’s
Tisch School of the Arts and
will be studying in their CAP 21
musical theatre program. Third
