Jefferson High School’s state championship basketball team was honored during an
assembly last week at the north Portland school. Assistant Coach Dale Baugh (right), told
students that the Democrats were the first team in decades to win the state title two
times in a row. He said that if the team remains steady, and with a little luck, it could
replicate its success for a third year.

This contract is for a public work subject to the Davis-Bacon
