th e City of G resham will subm it the one-year Action Plan FY
2009-10 to the U.S. D epartm ent o f H ousing and Urban
Developm ent.
The Plan is a combined plan and application for federal funds
a va ila b le to citie s and co u n tie s und er fo u r program s:
C o m m u n ity D e v e lo p m e n t B lock G ra n t (C D B G ), HOM E
Investm ent Partnerships (HOM E), Em ergency Shelter Grant
(ESG), and Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS
(H0PW A). The Action Plan F Y 2009-10 will detail spending

priorities established in the Consolidated Plan 2005-2010.
