Vanport Square opened in |anuary 2008 and features 14 local businesses - each of which owns their
space. The project recently achieved Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold cer­
tification for its environmentally sustainable construction. The project was developed by Vanport
Partners, LLC and was jointly funded by PDC and the Portland Family of Funds.
