All Proposals must be accompanied by a certified check,
cashiers check, money order, or bid bond payable to the “City of
Camas” and in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of
the total amount bid.
Contract Provisions and Contract Plans may be examined at the
office of the City of Camas or the office of the Project Engineer,
Gray & Osborne, Inc., (Seattle at 701 Dexter Avenue North,
Suite 200, Yakima at 107 South 3rd Street or Olympia at 2102

and Contract Plans may be obtained, free of charge, in electronic
format (PDF on compact disk(s)) along with registration as a

The small works roster will include firms wishing to offer
quotes on Public Works projects which have an estimated
value between $0 - $200,000.00. The City will make a
reasonable effort to contact all contractors qualified for a
particular project on a rotating basis. Availability o f work is not
guaranteed.
Interested contractors are requested to obtain and complete
the City of Vancouver Small Works Packet, which is available
on our website at www.citvofvancouver.us/purchasing.asp;
from Customer Service, located at 610 Esther Street, 1st Floor,
Vancouver, Washington: or by phone at (360) 619-1030.
Firms may also request placement on the City’s mailing list
for formal bids over $200,000.00 estimated cost. Request
form is available in the same manner as Small Works outlined
above.
Financing of the Project has been provided by the City of Camas,
Washington, and Washington State Public Works Trust Fund.
The City of Camas expressly reserves the right to reject any or
ail Proposals and to waive minor irregularities or informalities
and to Award the Project to the lowest responsive, responsible
bidder as it best serves the interests of the City.
Applications will be accepted throughout the year; however.
Small Works Contractors must be pre-qualified prior to work
being awarded.
