bins for resale by M etro's Latex Paint R ecycling Program to the
public from the M etroPaint Store located on Swan Island in Portland
Oregon. The contract contem plated consists of supplying 8,550
com p osting bins m anufactured from recycled plastic and affixed
with the “ M etro” logo. Bids are due (postm arks are not accepted
