The PORTLAND DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION (PDC), the urban
renewal agency for the City of Portland, Oregon is seeking
competitive sealed proposals from qualified firms to select an
e xp e rie n c e d e n viro n m e n ta l c o n su lta tio n firm to pro vide
environm ental oversight services in support of and in close
coordination with PDC staff and D eveloper's team for the
redevelopment of One Waterfront Place in Portland, Oregon as
outlined in Request for Proposals (RFP) #07-38. No pre-proposal
conference is scheduled.
