Foxy Brown is free. After
serving eight months of a one-
year sentence for probation vio­
lations. the rap star is now on the
road to reinvention.
“I want to do things different
now and to show people the
maturation. There will be a big
change, but no one does a 360
overnight. I've learned to ac­
cept my shortcomings and flaws.
I've made mistakes,” she tells
JET magazine.
With a new outlook on life.
Brown has released an inde­
pendent mix tape for the streets,
"Brooklyn's Don Diva." The
lyrical diva is slated to drop a
double CD on Christmas Eve,
entitled "Black Roses,” her first
album in seven years.
“I believe she has the skills.
They aren't going anywhere,”

Trackmasters, who discovered
Brown. “Com ing this tim e
around, she needs to fix her
attitude toward the business and
how to deal with people.”
