The University of Oregon is soliciting qualifications from architectural
firm s in te re s te d in p ro v id in g d e s ig n a nd c o n s tru c tio n
adm inistration services for a University of Oregon Baseball Park
near Autzen Stadium in Eugene, Oregon.
Briefly, the work as currently envisioned consists of an approximately
3,000 to 4,000-spectator baseball stadium , which will include
field lighting, scoreboard/videoboard, entry plaza, paved outdoor
spectator areas, concessions, toilets, locker rooms, equipm ent
rooms, and general storage. Additional elem ents may be added
dependent on available funding.
Architectural firm s responding to the Request for Qualifications
(RFQ) m ust have their prim ary office location in Oregon. The
university intends to include a firm that specializes in the design of
baseball stadium s as a sub-consultant to the prim ary Oregon
architectural firm. The interview and selection process for the sub­
consultant design firm will be a separate process and will include
the contracted prim ary Oregon architectural firm.

The City intends to award on-call service contracts which support
the PBX System . Firm s m ay be called on to provide consulting
services and/or undertake fixed-term projects. The services
requested under these contracts will be small to medium in scope.
These projects m ay range from a few hundred dollars up to
$75,000 subject to budget availability in any given year.
The City m ay award contracts to multiple firms. The num ber of
contracts awarded shall be at the sole discretion of the City.
Selected firms will enter into a five (5) year on-call services contract
. The individual contract am ount shall not exceed $500,000 for
the five (5) year term of the contract. Services are requested as
the need arises; therefore there is no guarantee that the total
dollar lim it of any contract will be reached.
