A consultant will be tasked with softw are developm ent, project
software developm ent m anagem ent and detailed scoping of tasks
necessary to deliver to M etro a working software application(s) to
m eet the needs identified the follow ing three subtasks; develop
m ethods to produce standard socio-econom ic report products
(including maps, charts, tables) from MetroScope model simulation
outputs, develop application to calculate perform ance indicators
and metrics, including som e post-processing subroutines, and
develop m ethod to generate spatial analysis data sets.

POLICE OFFICERS
The Housing Authority of the City o f Tacom a (“Auth ority" and
"D eveloper”) hereby requests the submission of written proposals
from prospective tax credit investm ent partners ("R espondents”)
to acquire 99.99% ownership interest in Salishan Five LLC, a
limited liability com pany ("Salishan Five” and "Com pany"). The
Com pany will be form ed to own (pursuant to a lease transferring
federal tax ownership) and operate a new 90-unit m ulti-fam ily
developm ent, which is the second of three such tax credit projects
the Authority will develop between 2007 and 2009. All three
p roje cts c o n s titu te Phase 2 of the A u th o rity ’s th re e phase
revitalization of its Salishan public housing com m unity pursuant
to a HOPE VI grant from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban
Developm ent ("H U D ”).
The Port of Portland is recruiting for Police Officers. The position is
responsible for the protecting of life and property w ithin the
jurisdiction of Portland International Airport (PDX), ensuring public
convenience and well-being while traveling through airport facilities,
and responding to needs of airport tenants in a prom pt and
professional manner. Minimum requirement are: Must be a citizen
of the United States of Am erica, m ust be at least 21 years of age,
m ust possess high school diplom a or GED, and m ust possess or
be able to obtain a valid Oregon or Washington State driver's license
by hire date.
The W ashington State Housing Finance Com m ission (“W S H FC ”)
has instituted a tem porary credit set-aside for HOPE VI projects.
For credit years 2005-2009, tw enty percent of per capita annual
State of W ashington allocating authority, less the prior year’s
forward com m itm ent, will be set-aside for HOPE VI projects each
year. Ten percent of the allocating authority will be available to the
Authority's Salishan project annually. The Com pany has applied
for and been awarded $1,246,974 in 9% tax credits in 2007.
