The Portland D evelopm ent Com m ission (PDC) is requesting
qu a lifica tio n s for IT Professional Tem porary S e rvice s to be
contracted on an a s-needed basis. From th is R equest for
Qualifications (RFQ) firm s may be selected to receive a one-year
contract, with annual contract reviews. The contract(s) may be
extended fo r a dd itio n a l one yea r term s but th e m axim um
duration, (including all such extensions), of any contract awarded
pursuant to this RFQ shall not exceed three (3) years.

The total construction cost is projected to be approxim ately $35
million.
The scope of work for Bid Package #3 includes site concrete,
landscaping, masonry, precast, ornamental steel, finish carpentry,
sh e e t m e ta l, c u rta in w a ll, gla ss, roo fin g, in te rio r fin is h e s ,
sprinklers, m echanical and electrical for the construction of a
new 3 story 66,000 sf education building and 4 partial building
rem odels for the University of Oregon.
A mandatory pre-bid conference for Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Sprinkler
dn Misc. Structures Contractors, (optional for remaining scopes), will be
held at the Lease Crutcher Lewis Conference Trailer at the College of
Education Jobsite. 922 East 16th Ave., Eugene, OR 97403 on January 15,
2008 at 10:30 am.
