REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
The Tacoma Housing Authority (THA) hereby requests the
subm ission of written proposals from prospective property
management firms for management of the Authority's mixed
finance tax-credit projects to be constructed in the Salishan
redevelopment site.
Proposals requested are from property management firms with
direct demonstrated experience in managing large residential
property complexes, particularly mixed income, mixed finance
projects, involving public housing and Section 8 residents.

PLAIN STATEMENT OF FACTS
I depose and say as follows:
1. I, Alphonzo Leon Johnson, a natural flesh and blood being,
have a commercial unlimited interest and common-law right
in and to my Copyright, Trade-Mark and Trade-Name without
prejudice, UCC 1-207. See United States Codes 15 USC and
18 USC 3571.
2. This Notice by Declaration becomes a Security Agreement
wherein the User is a Debtor and the “Upper and Lower Case
Name here” is the Secured Party and signifies that the User:
(1) grants Secured Party a security interest in all of User's
property in the sum amount of $500,000.00 per each TRADE-
NAM E/TRADE-M ARK used, per each occurrence of use
(violation/infringement), plus triple damages, plus costs for
each such use, as well as for each and every use of any and all
derivatives o f , or variation in the spelling of: Alphonzo Leon
Johnson.
3. Any person, directly or through any entity, using my Copyright,
Trademark or Trade-Name must first have my consent in writing.
4. Consent will be given at my discretion only after full disclosure
of the entire consequences by written request for consent.

3271], is hereby committed to the Secured Party, Alphonzo Leon

[98663], and before any of the property herein identified can be
exchanged, sold, te n dered or in any m anner disposed of,
compensation must be made to the Secured Party for the property.
This property now owned and hereafter acquired includes, but is
not limited to, proceeds, products, accounts and fixtures from crops,
mine heads, wellheads, with transmitting utilities, e tc ., rent, wages,
salaries, all income, land and mineral, water, and air rights, cottages,
house(s), buildings, bank accounts and deposits, bank deposit
box(es) and the contents therein, savings account(s), checking
accounts), retirement plans, stocks, bonds, securities, benefits from
trust(s), inheritances gotten or to be gotten, inventory from any
source, all machinery either farm or industrial, livestock, livestock

wedding rings and/or bands, watch(es), precious metals, household
