SUSTAINABILITY COORDINATOR
PSU seeks Sustainability Coordinator to manage sustainable projects,

practices into the University's planning process. This position serves

Qualifications from individuals or firms to provide Modular Design/
Build services to THA as described in the Request for Qualifications
(RFQ).
The Hillsdale Heights work shall include: The design, fabrication
and construction of up to 60 attached multi-fam ily modular rental
units, 50 attached m odular hom eownership town hom es and
approxim ately 1,000 sq. ft. com m unity room /lease office space,
including all site infrastructure, common areas and improvements.

for the provision of these services, thus creating a pool of qualified
providers for “on-call” assignm ents.
Proposals must be received no later than November 2,2007 at the

shall be considered late and will be returned to the proposer(s)
unopened. Faxed or em ailed proposals will not be accepted.
To ensure proper identification and handling, proposal envelopes

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS NO. 09/07-15
The Housing Authority of Portland, at the request of the City of
Pcitland and with the participation of Transition Projects, Inc., the
Portland Developm ent Com m ission and the Bureau of Housing
and Com m unity Developm ent, proposes to develop a significant
new building in Old Tow n/China Town as part of the City of
Portland's 10-Year Plan to End Hom elessness. Three sites near
the Steel Bridge bridgehead are currently being considered. In
Phase 1 of the work solicited through this proposal, the design
team will work collaboratively with the above organizations to
develop an architectural program and select the most appropriate
site for the Resource Access Center. In Phase 2, the design team
will provide full design services and construction adm inistration
services for the Resource Access Center.
