A dministrative
The Housing Authority of Portland (HAP) invites proposals for the
provision of the following services on an as-needed basis:
• Plumbing
• Electrical
Public Employees Retirement System
(PERS) -Tigard
Administrative Specialist 1
It is the intent of the Housing Authority to award multiple contracts
for the provision of these services, thus creating a pool of qualified
providers for “on-call” assignments.
Proposals must be received no later than October 29,2007 at the
location shown below. Proposals received after this date and time
shall be considered late and will be returned to the proposer(s)
unopened. Faxed or emailed proposals will not be accepted.
To ensure proper identification and handling, proposal envelopes
shall be identified with the Proposal title, RFQ number, and the
name and address of the Proposer.
Copies of the solicitation package can be picked up on location at
the address below, Monday through Friday, between the hours of
8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Proposers who download a copy of the
RFQ should fax in the registration form provided within 24 hours
in order to be added to the plan holders’ list and thereby be assured
of receiving any addenda.
In accordance with ORS 279A.210, numerous other public
agencies will be permitted to utilize the contracts resulting from
this solicitation.
