Directions
1. Spray 12-inch skillet with cooking spray. A ddoil and heat over medium
heat. A dd potatoes, chicken, bell pepper and garlic to skillet. Salt and

2. Cook 20 to 25 m inutes, stirring frequently, cook until chicken is no
longer pink and potatoes are tender.

DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees E( 175 degrees C). G rease a 9x5 inch loat
pan. Sift together the flour, baking pow der and salt, set aside.
2. In a m edium bowl, cream together the sugar and butter. Beat in the eggs
one at a tim e, then stir in the lime zest, nutm eg, cinnam on and allspice.
Add the dry ingredients alternately with the milk, stirring after each
addition. Pour batter into the prepared pan.
Bake for 75 to 90 m inutes in the preheated oven, until a toothpick inserted
com es out clean. Ctxil in the pan for 10 m inutes before turning out onto
a rack to cool com pletely.
