vinegar, sugar, green onions, and cilantro. Pour m arinade over
salm on; cover, and refrigerate overnight, or at least 6 hours.
3. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
4. A rrange salm on on a broiling sheet. Place in a preheated oven, and
bake for 5 m inutes. Increase heat to 500 degrees F (260 degrees C),
turn fillets, and broil 5 m inutes more.

1. Preheat the oven to 325F.

Directions
1. Cook pasta according to instructions on the package. M ake sure the
water is salted (at least a half teaspoon per q u art). Rem ove pasta from heat
and strain when pasta is cooked, but still firm (al dente).
2. Put pasta in a big bowl. Mix in fresh basil pesto, green olives, and pine
nuts. Gently mix in cherry tom atoes, peas, fresh basil leaves and olive oil.
Salt and pepper to taste. Chill or serve at room tem perature.
