Moscoso's trained eye cap­ tures details of setting and expres­ sion, which are not often noticed. Born in León, G uanajuato, Moscoso studied photography in Mexico and Canada. While living in Oaxaca, he worked forthe newspa­ per “El Oaxaqueño,” reporting for two sectionsof the paper.
