Notice is hereby given that the City of Vancouver, W ashington, will
receive sealed bids up to the hour o f 11:00 a.m., Pacific Local
Time, Tuesday, June 19,2007, and publicly opened and read aloud
at th a t tim e on the sa m e d a y in th e P rocurem ent S ervice s
C onference Room , 610 Esther S treet, 2nd Floor, Vancouver,

This contract provides for the improvement of traffic signal, asphalt
pavement, curbs, and sidewalks including ramps, replacing signal loops,
drainage improvements, minor utility adjustments, wetland mitigation and
other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these
Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications.
The work under the contract shall be fully com pleted within 100
working days. Refer to Special Provisions Section 1-08.5 TIME FOR
COMPLETION for specific requirements.

Vancouver, Washington, Procurement Services, 610 Esther St, 2nd

obtained from the O w ner’s office upon paym ent of $54.10, which
includes 8.2% W A State sales tax or $50.00 if you are exem pt
from paym ent o f sales tax (AK, DE, OR, NH, MT), for each set of
docum ents. Do not send cash. Return of the docum ents is not
required, and the amount paid for the documents is nonrefundable.
