• Ensuring the office runs sm oothly at its most basic level: filing,
a rch ivin g, m a in ta in in g/o rd e rin g su p p lies, m a il/sh ip p ing,
answ ering phones, etc

Contractor's Board as required by ORS 701.035 to 701.055. Bidder
is not required to be licenced Linder ORS 468A.720. Each bid
m ust contain a statem ent as to w hether the Bidder is a Resident
Bidder as defined in ORS 279.A.120.
The Contract is for public w ork subject to ORS 2 79C.800 to
279C.870. No bid will be received or considered by the City of
Garibaldi or any officer thereof unless the bid contains a statement
by the Bidder as a part of their bid that the provisions required by
ORS 279C.840 (relating to prevailing wages) shall be included in
this Contract. Requirem ents for Bidders and Contractors under

Contracts awarded under this Notice to Contractors will be financed
w ith a g ran t from the U.S. D ep a rtm en t of Agricu ltu re , Rural
Development. Neither the United States nor any of its departments,
agencies, or em ployees is or will be a party to this N otice to
Contractors of any resulting contract. This procurem ent will be
subject to regulations contained in Part 33 Procurem ent Under

Bidoers on this work will be required to com ply with the provisions
