FOR
The Oregon State Board of Higher Education/OUS is seeking
qualified Design/Build firms interested in providing Construction
Services in connection with the 818 East 15th Avenue Building
Renovation project on the University of Oregon campus.
Briefly described, this project con sists of the design and
construction necessary to renovate 9,000sf of an existing 12,000sf
building, consisting of three above grade floors and a basement,
on the University of Oregon campus. The basement will receive
only m inor renovations in association with u tility system
improvements and structural repairs. The contract will consist of a
fixed fee of $600,000 for the design and construction services
required to renovate the facility. The scope of the work will generally
include the renovation of mechanical, electrical and data systems,
some interior partition modifications, new finishes on the majority
of the interior, a small amount of exterior envelope repair, as well
as site and building entry improvements.
A mandatory pre-proposal walk through will be conducted at the
main entrance to the facility at 818 East 15th Ave., on Tuesday,
March 2 7 ,2 0 0 7 at 11:00 AM, PST
Written proposals completed in accordance with the RFQ must be
received by the Oregon State Board of Higher Education at the
University of Oregon Facilities Services Department, Capital
Construction, by 4PM, PST, Thursday, April 5,2007.
