The M ERC is soliciting "sealed bids" for the OR Convention Center
(O C C) N orth S id e S ound S ystem R e p la c e m çn t and Related
Infrastructure in a ccordance with the Project D ocum ents are
available for pick up, at the OCC, M ERC Admin. Offices at 777 N.E.
MLK Jr. Blvd., Portland, OR, 97232, North Holladay Lobby, top/
ballroom level on concourse. One copy per prospective Bidder at
no charge. Docum ents are not available electronically and will not
be mailed. The w ork consists of all labor and m aterials for the
removal and replacem ent of the original building AV equipm ent in
the head end room, exhibit and m eeting spaces, and associated
wiring, apparatus and infrastructure per the specification. A site
visitation will be held on February 6,2007, at 9:00AM Pacific Time,
to com m ence at the Holladay Lobby of the OCC. The m eeting will
start promptly. Ifyou are late, you will be left behind. Additional site
v isita tio n s will be held upon request. O ne site visita tion is
m andatory. This is a Public W orks Project pursua nt to ORS

Sealed Bids must be submitted in legible English, clearly designated

after this tim e cannot be accepted. First tier subcontractors lists
must be submitted prior to 4:00PM the sam e day or prior to or with
