inspired musicians worldwide as
evidenced by the Latin influence in
music today.
Director Win, Wenders’ love for
the music from the Caribbean is
land led to his 1999 documentary.

great Cuban musicians is captured
passionately and eloquently in
“Musica Cubana," the fol low-up to
W enders’ documentary.
“Musica Cubana” directed by
German Krai and produced by
Wenders is scheduled to open in
Portland, Saturday. Oct. 2 1 at the
Clinton Street Theater, 2522 S.E.
Clinton St. The film plays nightly at
7 p.m. and 9 p.m. through Wednes
day, Oct. 25.

There are 24 paintings in his show
at the Onda gallery.
Guzmán is the founder and owner
of González Guzmán An Gallery and
has an exhibition scheduled in Oc-
tober 2007 at the Museo de la
Ciudad, Quito Ecuador.
