NEW BAGLEY DOWNS NEIGHBORHOOD PARK
Notice is hereby given that the City of Vancouver, W ashington, will
receive sealed bids up to the hour of 11:00 a.m., Pacific Standard
Time, Tuesday, August 1,2006. and publicly opened and read aloud
at that tim e on the sam e day in Procurem ent Services Conference
Room, 610 Esther St, 2nd Floor, Vancouver, W ashington, for the
following:
New Bagley Downs Neighborhood Park is a 3.25-acre neighborhood park
site located at NE 32nd Street and NE 62nd Ave. Improvements include the
following: clearing, grubbing, and demolition; grading, irrigation, turf
seeding, concrete curbs; concrete and asphalt pathways; site furnishings,
play equipment installation, and landscaping, street lighting, and utilities
including electrical supply and water supply, all in accordance with the
attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard
Specifications.
The development of turf areas, including: grading, soil preparation, and
seeding, must be complete by October 1,2006. The remaining elements of
the project must be complete by November 1,2006.

Washington. Bidding documents may be obtained from the Owner's
office upon paym ent of $54.05, which includes 8.1% W A State

documents is not required, and the am ount paid for the documents
is nonrefundable. (City Ordinance M -3427) Com pany/Cashiers
Checks or money orders shall be made payable to City of Vancouver.
