The Customer Accounts Specialist
I is responsible for responding to
custom er inquiries about the
Clean River Rewards registration
process and determining if the
customer properties qualify for
the program . Duties include
researching maps and websites
to determine qualifications and
answering a high volume of calls,
providing strong customer service
skills to customers who may be
angry or hostile. Additional duties
include explaining to customers
how sto rm w a te r ra te s and
d is c o u n ts are ca lc u la te d ;
directing customer inquires to the
appropriate resource when the
question cannot be answered
directly and processing customer
account data. This recruitment
will be used to fill a limited term
full time vacancy.
