education agency providing special education, school health

Project” for the Portland Center of Perform ing Arts (PCPA) Arlene
Schnitzer Concert Hall, located at 1037 SW Broadway, Portland
OR 97205. The work contem plated consists of all equipm ent,
materials, and labor as necessary to m odify the W est Entrance
(extend curb and sidewalk and modify entrance and doorw ay) in
accordance with the Bid Documents. A Pre-Bid Conference will be
held May 30, 2006 at 10:00 am, at the Arlene Schnitzer Concert
Hall, W est Entrance (Corner of M ain and Park S t.) 1037 SW
Broadway.

Metro’s Regional Parks and Greenspaces Department Is requesting

im provem ents at Cooper Mountain Natural Area. The Natural Area
is a 230-acre site located on the south facing slope of Cooper
Mountain, which is located southwest of Beaverton city limits. The
design services requested will include feasibility assessm ent of
the renovation of an existing residence, refinem ent of trailhead
designs and trail alignm ents, public involvem ent assistance,
preparation of construction docum ents, developm ent perm itting
assistance and construction oversight. A prelim inary cost estimate
for the facility developm ent, described below, is 1.4 million. One
percent of this budget is designated for public art. M etro has
budgeted $140,000 for requested design and engineering services.
