The event begins w ith a recep tion at 5 :3 0 p.m. From 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.. volunteers w ill repack bulk- food donations into fam ily-size portions fo r people w ho are hun gry. She led the e ffo rt to establish the federal h o lid a y honoring Dr., K in g , J r „ and established the M a rtin L u th e r K in g Jr. C enter fo r N on-V iolent Social Change, dedi cated to scholarship and to a c tiv ism.
