in connection with the ONAMI at the University of Oregon project
on the University of Oregon campus.
Clarifies legal questions that may
arise out of drafts oramendments
and provides alternatives
Assigns bill drafting requests to

Analyzes issues and applicable
law to provide written and verbal
legal opinions
Briefly this project will be constructed primarily as an underground
facility, between two existing science buildings on the University
of Oregon campus. There is a known rock shelf in the vicinity that
may impact excavation. The two science buildings are also vibration
sensitive and will need to be considered in scheduling how the
project proceeds. The facility will be -1 8 ,0 0 0 square feet with
probable connections to at least one of the two science buildings.
