updated twice daily, at noon and 6:00 PM. The questions and
answers posted on the Bid Inquiry Log will not Identify who asked
the question, nor will that information be provided otherwise. It is |
considered exempt from Freedom of Information requirements.
The last Bid Inquiry log update prior to bid opening will be 6:00 PM I
the day before the bid opening, and will display all questions and
answers to the questions that have accumulated by the posting
time. Questions asked after this time will not be addressed.
Questions too late to be answered as of that posting will remain
unanswered and will not be included in the log.

This project is financed through the Community Development Block
Grant Program with funds obtained from the U.S. Department of I
Housing and Urban Development. The contract will be subject to
