Do they love their bike? A Kids’ Pedal parade for youth ages 6 to 13, sponsored by the Community Cycling Center of north­ east Portland, will precede this year’s Rose Festival Grand Floral Parade ot. Saturday June 11. The event kicks o ff at 7 a.m. with a safety skills rodeo at the firehouse located on the west side of the Steel Bridge.
