(HAP), 4400 NE Broadway, Suite B, Portland, Oregon 97213, until
2:00 pm, Tuesday June 7 , 2005 for labor and m aterials fo r w ork at
Sellwood Center Apartm ents, an eight-story building and Gallagher
Plaza Apartm ents, a six-story building. Project addresses are 1724
SE Tenino St. and 2140 NW Kearney, Portland, Oregon. S hortly
thereafter, bids will be opened and publicly read. The First Tier
Subcontractor List HAP-421, must be received by 4:00 p.m. the same day.
No bidder may w ithdraw th e ir bid after the hour set fo r opening
until after the lapse of sixty (6 0) days from the bid opening.
The b asic w ork co n s is ts o f re m ova l o f e x is tin g p ip in g, and
m echanical equipm ent, installation o f new or re-installation of
existing piping and equipm ent rewiring as necessary, reconstruction
of existing m echanical room, dem olition, repair, and installation of
new gypsum board walls, painting and finishing, as shown. Removal
