day. No bidder m ay withdraw their bid after the hour set for opening
until after the lapse of sixty (60) days from th e bid opening.
The basic w ork consists of replacing the existing roofing with new
com position shingles or m etal roofing, new fascia boards, gutter
and dow nspouts, metal flashing, roof vents, and rough carpentry.
This is a unit price contract for a 1-year period with a 1-year renewal
option.
Bid D ocum ents are available at the HAP Office noted above. A
$20 (tw enty) d eposit fo r one se t and fo r each additional set is
refundable w hen docum ents are returned within 10 days after bid
opening.
No pre-bid tour is scheduled for this contract. However, bidders are
