desegregate lunch counters, movies, hotels, libraries, and other segregated facilities, it spreads
rapidly throughout the country.

Martin Luther King, Jr. is arrested at a lunch
counter in Rich’s Department Store, in Atlanta.
He refuses to post bail, and goes to jail with student
protestors.
