All bidders must certify that they will pay and comply with the
minimum prevailing wage requirements of ORS 279.350.

Metro Code provisions 2.04.100 and 200 require all Bidders/
Proposers to follow and docum ent a specific good faith outreach
effort to State certified Minority, Em erging and Women-owned
B usinesse s. C e rtifica tio n o f good fa ith co m p lia n ce and a
declaration of any actual utilization pursuant to both programs are
required at the time of Bid Opening/Proposal Submission.
